Newtown, New York (Engadget) — When NewTown High School in Farmington, New Hampshire, becomes a farmington high School, it will be a new town.
The school will have a new name, the Farmington Academy of Science, and the old town will be rebranded as Newtown’s new High School.
This marks the first school in the state to be named after a farm or an agricultural community.
This will be the first time that a New York school will be named for a historical community.
The name of the school will change from the Farmingham Academy of Sciences to the Farmesville Academy of Technology, a name that was first proposed in 2017.
The Academy of Arts and Science, meanwhile, will be renamed to the New York Academy of Art.
The new name is inspired by the historic name of Farmington in New England.
“The name Farmington is a fitting and appropriate name for this school,” said Principal Jonathan Smith, who will begin the process of naming the new school.
“It represents the history of New England and the way that people came together to create the town that they call home today.
“As the new Academy of Education is created, we will begin to work to ensure that our students are equipped to create an inspiring, creative, welcoming, and welcoming school.” “
Newtown Academy of Agriculture and Technology, which will be known as the Newtown Agricultural Academy, will begin accepting applications for its new campus in the fall. “

The academy is the first of its kind in New Hampshire.
Newtown will also be a member of the Agricultural Education Alliance, a nonprofit that has helped educate more than 70,000 students in more than 60 states and is committed to fostering lifelong learning in agriculture and other agriculture-related professions.
“We are excited to be part of a growing network of academies throughout New Hampshire,” said Andrew M. McBride, director of the New Hampshire Department of Education.
“A New Hampshire Academy of Agricultural Education has been an important resource for educators, students, and community leaders to learn more about farming and its history, culture, and history in the New England region.
This partnership will continue to support the Newington Agricultural Academy of Engineering and Technology to develop innovative solutions to the challenges of the 21st century and the challenges we face as a state in terms of education.”
NewTown Academy of the Arts, meanwhile — which will also include a history of agriculture — will take its name from the historic New England town of Farmingham, which is located just outside of town.
“Farming has always been part of our history, and we will always be honored to be recognized as a member and part of the community,” said Academy President and CEO Kevin W. Tisch.
“This new academy will have the opportunity to learn from the people and the stories that have shaped this town for generations.
It is our goal to provide a rich, vibrant, and creative environment for all our students to learn and work in a way that honors and honors the people who make this city unique.” “
For us, the Newstead School of Art, Technology, and Business is the place to begin the new chapter of our journey, and to begin to connect our school with the rest of New York City through the creation of an Art and Technology Academy.
