The first time I went to college, I didn’t have a diploma and didn’t know what to do with my degree.
I went home with a degree in marketing and ended up as a student adviser for a high school football team.
I graduated from high-school in 2005 and my first job was working at a fast-food restaurant.
I’ve been in restaurants for almost 15 years and have a pretty good reputation.
I love working in the fast-casual industry.
The most important thing I learned working there was how to treat customers with respect.
I think that experience has helped me to work harder and be a better leader and a better teammate.
I have a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree from the University of Alberta in marketing.
I work with people from all different backgrounds and it gives me a different perspective on things.
I’m more of a team person and I think people look at me that way because I’m able to talk to people from different backgrounds.
I also like to talk about my work.
I know that I have a lot of responsibility as an adviser and that makes me a better person to be around.
I think the biggest thing I have to work on is to become more confident and self-aware.
I feel like my biggest asset as a person is my communication skills.
If I don’t communicate well, then my job as an advisor is to make sure that my message is getting across.
My biggest challenge is to work with younger people and talk to them about what they need to know.
